Utah Brazilian Jiu Jitsu PRO Will follow the IBJJF Rules ,weight ins(with Gi on) will be September 4th  at Team Link Utah Gym(1220 west Jack D Drive Layton UT 84041) from 2PM to 7 PM or 1 hour before the tournament starts.

A reminder to all Utah Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Pro Tournament Competitors :
Kids Must be there by 9:30 am
Adults Must be there by noon
Spectators: Please bring Cash ($5). We won't be able accept Card . However there is an ATM close by if needed .
Utah BJJ Pro will starts 10 am on September 5th.

10 am to 12:30 pm  Kids and teens .
1:00 Pm  to 5:00 Pm all Adults male and female divisions.

    PLEASE NOTE:  Whenever possible, your child will be matched up with someone their same age or  children within a year old (plus or minus). Please understand that under some circumstances they may    have to compete with others slightly older. A coach or parent will be contacted to get approval. All  children 13 and under that weigh over 180 lbs. will need to compete with the teens.
    The Utah Brazilian Jiu Jitsu PRO Tournament will follow IBJJF Rules,the weight in will be September 4th at Team Link Utah Academy address:1220 West Jack D Drive Layton UT 84041 from 2 pm to 7pm or 1 hour before the Tournament starts on September 5th at the Legacy event Center.

    The under-signer hereby submits his or her application for participation in the Utah Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Pro, taking place on the September 5th , 2015 at The Legacy Event Center Building # 2, address  151 S 1100 W, Farmington, UT 84025 .
    I hereby assume full responsibility and liability for all damages, injuries and losses that I may sustain or incur while participating in or watching the tournament.
    I realize that serious injury is commonplace in martial arts tournaments such as the one I am hereby entering and that I may be disabled and/or rendered unable to work again. By entering into this competition I agree to and fully accept and assume complete and total liability for any and all injuries that I may incur expressly give up and waive any and all claims that I or anyone acting on my behalf or through me might have against Utah BJJ Pro and their agents, employees and representatives for any injury regardless of its nature, effect or affect on me as a result of my participation and/or presence at the tournament.
    I represent that I am in good health; that I am not presently, or I will  not participate while under the influence of any drug or medication; that no one affiliated with this tournament has encouraged me to enter or made any representations regarding my fitness or ability to participate; that I have read and understood every provision of this release
    Furthermore, if the competitor is a minor the under-signer hereby certifies that he or she is the parent and/or legal guardian of the above  named minor, and also the under-signer acknowledges that the minor has been given express permission to compete in the event for which the minor is registering for. And, that I have read and understood every provision of this release of liability and that I am legally competent to and freely enter into this release of liability and assume all risk on behalf of the minor (competitor) named above and any and all successors, assigns or any other representative acting upon the minor's behalf. The fee of $75 is NOT refundable.
